วัดตะไกร วัดร้างซึ่งตั้งอยู่ที่ ตำบลลุมพลี อำเภอพระนครศรีอยุธยา จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา
วัดตะไกรไม่ปรากฏหลักฐานการสร้าง แต่ตามหลักฐานทางโบราณคดี สันนิษฐานว่าวัดตะไกรน่าจะสร้างขึ้นในช่วง พ.ศ. 2006 - 2170 ในแผ่นดินสมเด็จพระบรมไตรโลกนาถ ขึ้นมาจนถึงรัชกาล สมเด็จพระเจ้าทรงธรรม ถูกทิ้งร้างเมื่อครั้งเสียกรุงศรีอยุธยาครั้งที่ 2 เมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2310
ชื่อของวัดได้ปรากฏอยู่ในวรรณคดี เรื่อง เสภาขุนช้างขุนแผน สมเด็จพระเจ้าบรมวงศ์เธอ กรมพระยาดำรงราชานุภาพทรงสันนิษฐานโดยอาศัยพงศาวดารและคำให้การชาวกรุงเก่าว่า มีเค้ามาจากเรื่องจริงที่เกิดขึ้นในรัชกาลของสมเด็จพระรามาธิบดีที่ 2 ได้กล่าวถึงความสำคัญของวัดตะไกรไว้ว่า เป็นที่ฌาปนกิจศพและฝังศพของนางวันทองซึ่งถูกประหารชีวิต
จากการศึกษาทางด้านโบราณคดี แบ่งพัฒนาการของวัดตะไกรได้ดังนี้ สมัยแรกสร้างได้นำดินเหนียวปรับถมพื้นที่ทั้งวัด แล้ววางผังตามแกนทิศตะวันออก-ทิศตะวันตก โดยหันหน้าไปทางทิศตะวันออก เขตพุทธาวาส มีกำแพงแก้ว ถัดจากวิหารเป็นเจดีย์ประธานแปดเหลี่ยมซึ่งมีเจดีย์รายทางทิศใต้ นอกกำแพงทิศตะวันออกมีสระน้ำจำนวน 2 สระ สร้างด้วยการก่ออิฐเป็นกรอบ ยังพบโบราณวัตถุ ได้แก่ ส่วนประกอบทางสถาปัตยกรรม เครื่องมือ เครื่องใช้ในชีวิตประจำวัน เช่น เตาเชิงกราน หม้อดินเผาแบบต่าง ๆ เศษภาชนะสีดำขัดมันคล้ายบาตรของพระภิกษุสงฆ์ เครื่องถ้วยลายครามจีน กำหนดอายุราวพุทธศตวรรษที่ 21–22 สมัยที่ 2 ได้ถมดินพื้นที่เขตพุทธาวาสสูงขึ้นอีก 50 เซนติเมตร พบโบราณวัตถุที่ใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันภายในวัด เช่น เตาเชิงกราน ตะคันดินเผา เบ้าหลอมโลหะ ภาชนะดินเผาจากแหล่งต่าง ๆ
สันนิษฐานว่ามีพระสงฆ์จำพรรษาตั้งแต่สมัยแรกจนถึง พ.ศ. 2310 และสมัยรัตนโกสินทร์ระหว่างรัชกาลที่ 4 ถึงรัชกาลที่ 5 ได้มีผู้คนเข้ามาใช้พื้นที่ของวัดอีกครั้งหนึ่ง
สำหรับส่วนของสิ่งก่อสร้างที่ยังหลงเหลืออยู่ในปัจจุบันได้แก่ สระน้ำโบราณ กำแพงแก้ว พระวิหาร วิหารราย พระอุโบสถ พระเจดีย์ประธาน เจดีย์ราย (มีทั้งสิ้น 16 องค์รอบพระวิหาร)
