วัดวรเชษฐาราม เป็นวัดร้าง ตั้งอยู่ในตำบลประตูชัย อำเภอพระนครศรีอยุธยา จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา
วัดวรเชษฐารามมีฐานะเป็นพระอารามหลวงในสมัยกรุงศรีอยุธยา สมเด็จพระเอกาทศรถทรงสร้างขึ้นเมื่อ พ.ศ. 2136 สันนิษฐานว่าเจดีย์เป็นที่บรรจุพระบรมอัฐิของ สมเด็จพระนเรศวรมหาราช ซึ่ง สมเด็จพระเอกาทศรถ สร้างเป็นอนุสรณ์แด่พระเชษฐาผู้ประเสริฐ เดิมวัดนี้ชื่อ วัดเจ้าเชษฐ์
วัดมีเจดีย์ประธานทรงระฆังขนาดใหญ่เป็นประธานของวัด เป็นเจดีย์ทรงระฆังขนาดใหญ่มีลักษณะอ้วนป้อมบนฐานเตี้ย อายุของเจดีย์นี้ประมาณพุทธศตวรรษที่ 20–22 มีวิหารตั้งอยู่ด้านหน้า โดยมีอุโบสถอยู่ขนานกัน อุโบสถไม่เหลือหลังคาแล้วแต่หน้าบันมีการประดับด้วยเครื่องถ้วยหรือการเริ่มเจาะหน้าต่างซึ่งเป็นรูปแบบที่นิยมในสมัยอยุธยาตอนปลาย คือพุทธศตวรรษที่ 23 แต่ใบเสมาเก่ากว่ารูปทรงโบสถ์ ถัดไปอีกมีวิหารที่มีเจดีย์รายทรงเครื่องอยู่คู่หนึ่ง มีกำแพงแก้วล้อมรอบอาคารทั้งหมดเอาไว้ โดยมีคูน้ำล้อมรอบบริเวณ
