บ้านวิชาเยนทร์
บ้านวิชาเยนทร์ หรือ บ้านหลวงรับราชทูต ตั้งอยู่ทางเหนือของวังนารายณ์ราชนิเวศน์ และวัดเสาธงทอง ทางตะวันตกใกล้กับวัดปืน และทางตะวันออกใกล้กับเทวสถานปรางค์แขก สร้างขึ้นราวปี พ.ศ. 2228 เพื่อใช้รับรองราชทูตชาวตะวันตกที่มาเฝ้าฯ สมเด็จพระนารายณ์มหาราช ต่อมาสมเด็จพระนารายณ์ได้พระราชทานที่พักอาศัยนี้ให้แก่เจ้าพระยาวิชาเยนทร์ สมุหนายกชาวตะวันตกในราชสำนักสยาม ณ เวลานั้น ใน พระราชพงศาวดาร ฉบับสมเด็จพระพนรัตน์ วัดพระเชตุพน ระบุไว้ว่า "ส่วนเจ้าพระยาวิชาเยนทร์ผู้ว่าราชการที่สมุหนายก, ให้ก่อตึกสี่เหลี่ยมอันใหญ่, แลตึกเวียนมีกำแพงแก้วล้อมรอบเป็นที่อยู่, แลให้ก่อตึกปิจู ตึกคชสาร, แลตึกฝรั่งอื่นทั้งหลายเป็นอันมากตำบลที่ใกล้วัดปืน..."
บ้านหลวงรับราชทูตแบ่งได้ 3 ส่วน ด้านตะวันออกเป็นบ้านพักของคณะทูตชาวฝรั่งเศส ส่วนด้านตะวันตกเป็นบ้านพักของเจ้าพระยาวิชาเยนทร์ขุนนางชาวกรีก และท้าวทองกีบม้า ภรรยา ส่วนกลางเป็นที่ตั้งของโบสถ์ของคริสต์ศาสนา ที่สถาปัตยกรรมเป็นแบบเรอเนสซองส์ ผสมสถาปัตยกรรมไทย แห่งแรกของไทย และของโลก
